MAIN BIBLE TEACHER
Johnson Samuel is the Chief Operating Officer of Compass India.
He has served as a Pastor of New Life Fellowship Churches in Mumbai for 28 years and now serves as an overseer of a network of pioneering churches amongst unreached people groups. He also lectures at many conferences and seminars on organisational development, finances, and leadership. He serves as a board member of several Christian NGO’s such as the New Life Medical and Educational Trust, Oasis India, and ACT. He is the chairperson of the social concern stream of the Mumbai transformation network. He is the Chaplin of Logos Management Club.
He holds a master’s Degree in Science (Endocrinology) from the University of Mumbai. Currently lives in Mumbai with his wife Carol and son, Benjamin.

WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS SAY?
I was mainly touched to see the challenges that other ministry leaders are facing in their country, It was encouraging to have a perspective out of my bubble; I loved very much the idea of a community, and that we can connect to one another, ask for support, ideas. This is so valuable for me in this phase of pioneering!
In one of the sessions, the speaker challenged me to look with agape love to a few people where there is some kind of problem/issue.
It is very important to meet in person and have the opportunity to get into deep discussions about Compass and other faith-related topics, or just simply learn each other.
